DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I went in for my annual check up, nothing specific, just a regular annual check up, which is covered by my insurance. I just got a bill for a random preventive care visit, which is a complete lie! The visit was nothing more than just a regular check up, I didn’t bring up any health concerns or issues and definitely didn’t ask for any type of preventative care. I will be reporting this to my insurance company as FRAUD. I should’ve read the reviews on Google, because many other people have that the same experience. Just be aware of this clinic! It’s so wrong that they are doing this to people, but I will definitely not be paying the bill they sent. If anyone has any advise, I’ll gladly take it! Never have experienced this.

After searching for a primary care doctor for a while, I'm so glad I found this practice- my search is officially over! From my very first visit, I felt genuinely heard and cared for. My doctor is incredibly thorough, attentive, and takes the time to really listen. She strikes the perfect balance of caring and professional, and I truly feel like I'm in good hands. But, it's not just the doctor - every single person on the team, from the staff to the folks who took my blood work are friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The whole practice has an energy that makes you feel well taken care of at every step. Highly recommend.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Kinwell in the past 2 years. Front desk staff have been helpful and courteous, no long wait times, and Dr Platzner had always been kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Would recommend

I had the same experience as many others — I was charged over $400 for an exam I never intended to get in the first place. No one mentioned the cost beforehand; they just said the clinic was conducting some research. What I really don’t understand is the lack of transparency, especially after so many similar complaints. They were careful to explain even a $30 deductible to me, but somehow completely skipped mentioning this major charge.

Absolutely unacceptable wait times! I waited for so long to be seen, I had to leave. They were "short-staffed"--an excuse I hear at most medical offices. First problem, they handled it very badly. After 20 minutes, I asked the admin for an update. She said she would "find out what was going on," and didn't do anything. After 30 mins, I asked another person who said we are understaffed and running behind. 30 mins is not "behind" it is completely dropping the ball. Second problem, as I was rescheduling, I was reminded that I would be charged $50 for a late cancellation or no-show. This was insulting and infuriating. By this standard, Kinwell was the no-show and owes me $50 for failing to see me and for the hassle of a rescheduling and taking more time away from work to come back to their office next week for the same appointment.
